Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Sous Chef at White City House in West London to lead daily kitchen operations and mentor junior chefs. You will assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, ensuring high-quality dishes and strict hygiene standards across all services.

You will oversee prep, service execution, and menu development, while maintaining consistency, creativity, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, premium environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume kitchen.
• Strong cooking skills across multiple sections.
• Experience supervising small teams.
• Excellent HACCP and allergen knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in kitchen operations.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Soho House standards.
• Lead mise en place, prep, and service readiness.
• Mentor junior chefs and provide training.
• Uphold HACCP, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Communicate with BOH and FOH teams for seamless service.
