Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for indirect materials and services, driving cost reduction, productivity, and cash flow objectives.
• Manage RFQ, supplier selection, contract negotiation, purchase order issuance, and supplier performance while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Develop and execute supplier and category strategies aligned with global sourcing objectives to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and risk.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving supplier performance improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams, to support sourcing decisions.
• Deliver sustainable cost savings and process improvements through strategic sourcing initiatives, contract management, and productivity programs.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and procurement data to identify opportunities and support informed decisions.
• Support operational and financial goals while contributing to procurement excellence and organizational growth.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have significant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Commercial functions.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, contract management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Be a self-motivated professional who can work effectively across functions, teams, and global organizations.
• Have experience driving sourcing strategies, cost optimization initiatives, process improvements, and supplier performance programs.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in procurement systems such as Oracle, Ariba, or SAP being preferred; APICS/CIPS certification is an added advantage.
