As a Business Analyst in the International Private Bank Platform Modernisation programme, you will be responsible for defining the requirements of the solutions working closely with other functional areas such as front office, back office, design, legal, risk and compliance. You will ensure that the developers in the core deliverable squads understand exactly what they need to make the software do, and you will help validate that the software does what is intended and that it has a great user experience.
The International Private Bank is undertaking a major, multi-year, multi-million-dollar transformation initiative. The programme will change almost every part of the platform from back office to front office, in order to deliver a modern solution that enables the business to scale effectively and flexibly. A particular area of focus is our investments platform, which we are re-engineering completely - this covers all major asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, OTC and listed derivatives, structured products and alternatives) as well as associated cash management, Lending and Deposit products.
The private bank has moved to an agile, product-centric model for the delivery of the IPB Platform Modernisation programme, encompassing multiple delivery squads made up of all relevant business functions with the goal of delivering a first-class investments platform.
