Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to drive containerized deployments in customer environments. You will lead technical discussions, translate customer requirements for successful deployments, and ensure seamless integration with source systems.

You will guide authentication, user management, and provisioning, removing blockers to drive user adoption while aligning with Celonis’ security and architecture standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years deploying containerized apps on Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution (EKS/AKS/OpenShift).
• Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required; existing clearance is a strong advantage.
• Strong practices for deploying, scaling, and maintaining secure, highly available Kubernetes apps.

Responsibilities

• Be the key technical stakeholder for successful delivery and onboarding for enterprise clients.
• Lead technical discussions to analyze customer architecture and facilitate deployment under constraints.
• Remove technical obstacles to maximize Celonis user adoption and manage risks.
• Promote reuse by choosing between dedicated solutions and platform enhancements with product teams.
• Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis via APIs.
• Guide customers on authentication, user/group management, and provisioning best practices.
