Joining the Corporate & Workplace team

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and architecting platforms and services that support back-office business processes, including finance, HR, health & safety, and communications. This will involve leveraging the organisation's significant investment in, but not limited to, the Oracle ERP suite of cloud platforms.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technology policies, architectures, frameworks, roadmaps, and standards for the Corporate & Workplace business domain.
• Advocate for innovative solution architectures that are modern, cohesive, secure, and cost-effective, utilizing best practices in digital automation and insights.
• Assess emerging industry innovations and trends to develop potential strategic technology solutions that benefit the business within governance frameworks.
• Support the development of portfolio plans and ensure investment cases align with architectures and roadmaps.

Knowledge Requirements

• Experience in developing large-scale, pragmatic, business-centric solutions to address critical business challenges.
• Experience in defining architectural direction and harnessing innovation for business advantage.
• Experience as a design authority for project portfolios or major programs.
• Knowledge of TOGAF 10 principles and concepts.
• Experience with domain processes, systems, and information, preferably in the air-travel industry.
