Ricoh is currently recruiting for a Lead Solution Designer Service & COE based in Watford. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive solutions that address business needs and drive business growth supporting the Service function of Ricoh. It requires a deep understanding of technology, business processes, and industry best practices.

What you will be doing

Partnering with key stakeholders from the Service business and BRM & Solution Design Managers within EMEA IT, leading key programmes across end-to-end solutions and process improvement activities, such as:

• Leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions within the Service COE, including oversight of all application designs, working closely with BRM & Solution Design teams.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Building and maintaining relationships across departments to promote the value of Service CoE solutions and drive connected planning.
• Providing guidance to project teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Developing relationships with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Reviewing existing solutions for improvements.
• Mentoring junior team members to foster continuous learning.
• Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Amending processes for increased efficiency and supporting deployment of changes.
• Preparing business cases and monitoring benefits.
• Managing solution design, working with Solution Architects, testing, and implementation.
• Aligning Service COE deliverables with strategic design.

What you will ideally have

• A degree or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or Agile.
• Understanding of change management principles, governance, and compliance.
• Good understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Experience in leading teams and managing projects.
• Ability to build relationships across departments.
• Technical background beneficial, especially for complex solutions.
• Experience in organizational change and transformation projects.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
