Lead Solution Architect

6 months - with view to extend

London or Northampton - hybrid

£655 per day inside ir35

Role Description

Leadership

Lead a team of architects, ensuring smooth collaboration and technical direction.

Deliverables

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring timely delivery of architectural solutions.

Transformation & Modernization

1. Redesigning and remodelling the existing environment.
2. Managing a mix of legacy systems and cloud adoption.
3. Migrating legacy applications to a new cloud-based system.
4. Transitioning from SaaS to cloud-based solutions.
5. Implementing DevOps pipelines for automation.

Cloud & Infrastructure

1. Strong focus on AWS cloud experience.
2. Cloud networking, Data as a Service (DaaS), and SaaS cloud adoption.

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. Banking experience
2. Cloud API Bank applications
3. Data Designing & Data Modelling - good understanding not necessarily recent or any hands-on experience
