X2 Lead Solution Architect

£72,000 - £77,000 (+ Benefits)

Department: Chief Operating Office

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time 35 hours per week

Location: Stratford, London. Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

As Lead Solution Architect, you'll shape the technological future by collaborating with product teams, providing technical leadership, and defining solutions aligned with our mission. You will be an expert in a specific architecture domain such as business, enterprise, solution, infrastructure, data, security, platform, or service, with opportunities for broadening your knowledge through rotation.

What will I be doing?

• Bring extensive experience in at least one architecture domain, excluding engineering backgrounds.
• Support roadmap development with product teams.
• Provide architecture support, coaching, and assurance.
• Make key design decisions, balancing risks and benefits.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain current state documentation.
• Communicate architecture development and technical changes.
• Contribute to an active architecture community.
• Provide expertise in your specialized domain.

Leadership & Drive for Impact:

• Build credible stakeholder relationships.
• Balance short-term needs with strategic goals.
• Translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Lead workload and priorities, making timely decisions.
