Eco2Solar is seeking a Lead Solar PV Installation Engineer in the UK. The role leads a two-person installation team to deliver PV systems safely and efficiently, in line with company and customer standards.
You will oversee site activities, work closely with the operations team, and ensure health and safety compliance. Applicants should have prior lead experience on solar installations, strong communication and organisational skills, a proactive safety mindset, and the ability to deliver
Location: Summerfield House, Kidderminster, Worcestershire (with regular site travel)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

As a Lead Solar PV Installation Engineer, you will take responsibility for leading a two-person installation team, ensuring Solar PV systems are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected by Eco2Solar and our customers. You will oversee site activities, work closely with the wider operations team, ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and provide support and guidance to your team to help deliver successful projects.
Bringing experience as a Lead Solar PV Installation Engineer, you will have the confidence and ability to lead a small installation team. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload, make decisions on site and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
A proactive and safety-focused approach is essential, along with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and supporting those around you. You will have strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
