Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Lead O&M Solar Engineer to manage field operations for multiple solar farm developments in the Yeovil area and surrounding locations. You will lead a team of technicians, oversee maintenance schedules, and support commissioning activities for new projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong electrical solar background with inverter, switchgear and HV systems experience, and holds a full UK driving license.

• Strong operation and maintenance electrical solar background.
• Experience with inverters, switchgear and HV systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities across solar farm developments.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and field-based tasks.
• Act as the technical expert within the team and mentor technicians.
