We are looking for someone with team leadership experience to join an ethical, quality-driven specialist working onsite on exciting projects (1kW to 4.5MW) across the Bristol area. They are dedicated to accelerating the UK's transition to clean energy, reducing customer costs, and future-proofing energy solutions.

What skills you'll be needing

What you'll be doing

As a lead installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels on commercial properties in line with safety regulations and standards. You will be involved in all stages of an installation project, from inception to completion, including project planning and preparing risk assessments and method statements. You will need to have led a team onsite delivering high-quality installations, communicating effectively in a calm, approachable, and professional manner. Your tasks will include assessing locations for suitability, measuring and marking out installation areas, preparing surfaces, mounting and installing solar panels, maintaining accurate records of work and materials used, and testing the systems. This role is very much onsite and will require travel and flexibility.

They are offering the opportunity to join a growing, friendly, and supportive team with a strong pipeline of projects aiding the UK's transition to Net Zero. The package includes a competitive salary (up to £60K), profit share scheme, pension, company van and fuel card, expenses for travel, training budget, team away days, career development plans, and more.
