  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience with automation and continuous delivery methods.
  • Understanding of all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
  • Proficiency in software applications and technical processes within disciplines like cloud, AI, machine learning, or mobile.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and IT systems.
  • Practical cloud experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute creative software solutions, design, develop, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Develop secure, high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or eliminate recurring issues.

As a key technical contributor, you will be tasked with implementing essential technology solutions across diverse technical domains, supporting various business functions to achieve the firm's strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute creative software solutions, design, develop, and troubleshoot technical issues with the ability to think beyond routine approaches to build solutions or analyze problems.
  • Develop secure, high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or eliminate recurring issues to improve operational stability of software applications and systems.
  • Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability within existing systems.
  • Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote awareness and adoption of new technologies.
  • Contribute to team culture of opportunity, respect, and collaboration.
