5+ years of experience in PHP MVC frameworks, especially Laravel.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, SASS, and familiar with Vite build tool.

Lead and grow the engineering team in start-up environments.
Define and implement technical strategies for platform development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-quality solutions.

Currently, on the lookout for a lead engineer, ideally with a start-up focused background. This is an exciting new opportunity to lead the technical direction of an innovative, data-driven analytics company looking to grow their platform.

Responsibilities:

Lead and grow the engineering team, particularly in early-stage or start-up environments.
Define and implement technical strategies for platform development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Technical Proficiency:

Over 5 years of experience with PHP MVC Frameworks, specifically Laravel 10.
Experience with SCRUM, Agile methodologies, Git deployment, API development, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and SASS (Tailwind CSS).
Familiar with Vite build tool.
Experience with Amazon S3, PHP 8, Nginx, Redis (Cache), and MySQL 8.
