The Trade Execution Lab has recently formed off the back of LBG undertaking one of the largest financial services transformations changing the way we work to ensure we remain relevant to our customers today and tomorrow. It's a pivotal moment, and we want to be at the forefront as our industry becomes more tech enabled.
The lab itself is centred around supporting 3 products that underpin the Markets platform; Trade Management & Control, Cash & Collateral Management and Trade Settlements.
Some of the key fundamentals underpinning the lab are; Products not Projects, More Platform Autonomy, Consistently Sized & Organised Teams, Bringing Business and Tech closer together.
What you’ll do
People sit at the heart of what we do, and this role is no exception. We need a true people person to join us and lead our FX & Commodities Feature Teams under the Trade Management & Control Product.
Reporting into the Trade Execution Lab Engineering Lead, your primary responsibilities will be:

To achieve these things, you’ll have relevant deep and broad experience in Murex and will have been successful in a similar lead or senior supporting role.
Your appreciation of the technical and functional aspects of the Markets and Treasury businesses and functions should cover some of these areas - but rest assured, we won’t expect you to know everything!
