Based at Holiday House, you’ll lead a scrum team and drive delivery across a range of systems and technologies to create memorable travel experiences for customers. You’ll own the full software development lifecycle, mentor engineers, champion coding standards, and help shape architecture while enjoying hybrid or remote working and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring experience with software teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Wamiliarity with end-to-end software development lifecycle and agile practices.
