Job description

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will help build, support, and improve the software used across the organisation. This includes:

• In-house developed systems
• Integrations with third-party and internal systems
• Legacy systems
• Development tools and infrastructure

You will lead by example, guide engineers, and support the team manager with planning, reporting, and team coordination.

Applications will be shortlisted on receipt, and the first stage interviews will be held on 27th August via Microsoft Teams. The closing date may close early depending on application volume.

If successful at the first stage, you will be invited to the Head Office in Reading for a technical assessment in September.

About the role

Your main duties will include:

Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Software Engineer is required.
