Microlise is seeking a Lead Software Engineer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will coach performance across a multi-disciplinary team while shaping technical direction, architecture and debt pay-down on key business-critical projects.

You’ll work with Angular, Typescript, .Net, C#, SQL Server and related technologies in a collaborative Midlands-based engineering team, with a flexible hybrid working approach and clear career development opportunities.

• Experience coaching technical performance within a team and across the business.
• Highlighting training requirements within a multi discipline agile team.
• Technical domain design skills.
• Technical debt identification and pay down.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Advocate and leadership of design review.
