Microlise is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive technical performance and coach teams across multiple disciplines. You will shape objectives, reduce technical debt and lead design reviews within a collaborative engineering culture.

Within your role as a Lead Engineer, no two days will look the same; with a variety of projects, there's always something new to learn. You will be joining an already established and talented team, comprised of Graduate Engineers through to Solution Architects helping to enhance existing and develop new products!
