Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, business-critical functionality aligned to front office and operations.
• Act as a hands-on technical leader across Python, Java, React, MongoDB, OpenShift, and Camunda.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and development processes.
• Partner with global stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate across global teams to ensure aligned platform delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through modern engineering practices, automation, and DevOps.
