Lead Software Engineer / Developer (C# .Net 8 Azure) London / WFH to £110k

Do you have expertise with C# .Net backend development combined with technical leadership skills?

You could be progressing your career in a hands-on leadership role, at a tech company that provide a SaaS product suite used by Market Researchers and Analysts to build customisable and engaging surveys.

As a Lead Software Engineer you will provide technical leadership to two mid-senior Backend Software Engineers and remain hands-on with architecture, design and coding. You'll be heavily involved in technical discussions and decision making, taking ownership of projects, ensuring that best practices are followed and tackling the most challenging problems.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid work from home policy with 2-3 days a week in the London office, where you can enjoy a sociable team environment.

About you:

• You have expertise with C# .Net backend development
• You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, microservices and serverless architectures
• You have NoSQL database skills, they use CosmosDB so experience with that would be great
• You have excellent communication skills, confident in technical discussions, leading projects and mentoring others
• You have a "product based" mindset with a focus on delivery
