Lead Software Engineer / Developer (C# .Net AWS) Nottingham / WFH to £80k

Opportunity to progress your career in a hands-on technical leadership role at a successful and growing tech company.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll join a new Agile team focused on developing features around KYC and credit checking. Your main work will involve C# .Net and SQL backend, with some exposure to front-end development (around 20%) using AngularJS, transitioning to modern micro-frontends in React. You'll work in a supportive environment, mentoring others, taking ownership of technical projects, and contributing to architecture discussions and LLDs.

Location / WFH:

Remote interview and onboarding are available. You can work mostly remotely, with monthly meetings in Nottingham.

About you:

• Experienced Software Engineer with strong C# .Net and SQL skills
• Knowledge of microservices and AWS
• Experience creating Low Level Designs (LLD) with software architects
• Collaborative, mentoring skills, and ability to work with Technical Leads / Agile squads
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering best practices
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
