Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead the technical development and delivery at team, lab, and platform levels. The role may involve acting as a Line Manager or working as an Individual Contributor with specialized focus.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Define, communicate, and implement engineering strategy across the Lab.
2. Support and report to the Engineering Lead for the Lab.
3. Simplify and modernize our technology estate.
4. Manage and inspire engineering teams, fostering their development.
5. Bridge the gap between architecture and software engineering.
6. Collaborate with product owners to deliver solutions.

What We Need From You
