- Minimum 5 years’ experience in software engineering.
- Strong experience as a Senior or Lead Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Proven track record delivering software end to end.
- Experience leading engineers and influencing roadmap with Product.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team delivering features for iLearn from design to deployment.
- Provide line management and professional development for engineers.
- Own design, development and maintenance of full stack applications and services for iLearn.
- Shape AI strategy and oversee AI-powered features within iLearn and AI tooling integration.
- Collaborate with Product to plan roadmaps and technical requirements.
