Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with experience in Payment Management and PCM. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of talented engineers, guiding them in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the configuration, scripting, and reporting of software solutions that meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
4. Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Experience in software development, focusing on PCM, Swift, and Java.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Solid understanding of payment management and payment messaging.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
