We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Team Lead to join our Education development team, focusing on our HR & Compliance portfolio.
This is a hands-on technical role where you will lead your team to deliver features, integrations, defect fixes, and technical debt management across web and cloud products. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Technical, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure effective operation, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement.
You will develop strong relationships with product management to align software releases with the product roadmap, using agile methodologies.
You will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of your team's software, coordinating with other development, QA, and technical leads to meet compliance and governance standards.
Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while learning new technical skills.
