• Proven experience with C# and/or Go in production environments.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and modern database architecture.
• RESTful and GraphQL API development.
• Experience with distributed cloud systems — Kubernetes in GCP.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and architecture best practices.
• Prior experience acting as a technical lead within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent Git skills and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and driving engineering excellence.

Lead Software Engineer - C# / Go / SQL Server / Kubernetes. C#, Go, React.js, SQL Server, REST & GraphQL APIs, GCP, Kubernetes, Git. Salary up to £100k. Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Chester. Influential, hands-on leadership role with no line management.
