What You'll Be Doing- Lead software development using C# and .NET, with a strong preference for full-stack JavaScript experience
- Build and maintain high-quality, secure software solutions in a fully onshore setting
- Work in an agile, collaborative team focused on delivery-not client demands
- Help define technical standards and contribute to the growth of an expanding engineering team
- Enjoy a hybrid setup with only 8 in-office days per month, giving you flexibility and balance
What You'll Bring- Strong, hands-on experience with C# and .NET frameworks
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, with full-stack capability preferred
- A track record of delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and engineering best practices
- A proactive mindset, capable of working both independently and as part of a team
