We are searching for an experienced Lead Software Developer.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Java Developer to lead the development of our HR system, RSM People Manager. People Manager is a key part of our strategy as it enables efficiencies in our payroll operation. This is an exciting role where you will help steer the product's direction, working closely with our business line and technical colleagues who develop our payroll product. You will be instrumental in supporting a significant sales drive of the product.

You will have overall responsibility for this product, ensuring the roadmap is delivered alongside business-as-usual changes, and that 3rd line support requests are handled accurately and promptly.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Being responsible for the development of the product
• Serving as a technical product expert
• Providing advice and knowledge transfer to sales and operational teams
• Estimating development timelines and delivering on them
• Working with stakeholders to define requirements
• Researching and designing new features
• Resolving bugs and issues
• Mentoring and developing junior colleagues
• Performing unit and integration testing of components
• Collaborating with the internal functional test team to resolve bugs
• Reviewing other developers' work
