Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a sub-team and provide supervision to staff.
• Manage high‑risk strategy meetings and ensure decision quality.
• Coordinate referrals, allocations and assessment authorisations with the Team Manager.
• Build professional relationships with MASH Partner Agencies and contribute to service development.
