Job summary

Searchability NS&D is seeking a SOC Shift Lead to supervise a busy Security Operations Centre, while remaining hands-on in investigations. You will lead major incident responses, mentor analysts, and work with engineering to improve detections across networks, endpoints and cloud.

The role requires active SC clearance and DV eligibility, with on-site shift work and opportunities for certification and career progression.

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance and DV eligibility required.
• Experience leading complex cyber security investigations.
• Strong exposure to MS Sentinel and Splunk ES.
• Solid understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational delivery of a busy SOC and remain hands-on with investigations.
• Lead major incident investigations and technical response activities.
• Coach and develop SOC analysts with real-time guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance detection capabilities.
