Job summary

Utilita Energy Limited is seeking a Lead Smart Meter Engineer to lead by example, perform installations, and coach engineers in the field. You will drive safety, quality and regulatory compliance while delivering high-standard performance in a hands-on capacity.

You will also support the Field Manager with day-to-day operations, act as a first point of contact for engineers, and ensure personal DBS/DOS vetting checks are completed as required. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• CCN1 CMA1 CMA3 MET1 in-date qualifications or equivalent required.
• Three-phase and medium-pressure qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead field engineers while performing installations.
• Coach and develop engineers to high safety and quality standards.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance and performance in operations.
