We are seeking a Lead Site Supervisor to join our site management team, due to the retirement of the current post holder. The role is based at Conyers School in Yarm and involves managing the site team to ensure health and safety compliance, maintenance, repairs, and overall site readiness. The candidate should have high standards, good prioritization skills, and DIY abilities. The position involves shift work, including occasional late evenings, and may require work at other schools within the trust. Having own transport and insurance is essential.
