Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities to deliver high‑quality homes on time and within budget.
• Manage site programmes, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain progress.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across the site.
• Maintain quality control and compliance with NHBC standards.
• Develop and lead the site team to foster a productive culture.
• Coordinate with local authorities, inspectors and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Support customer handover with excellent finish quality.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
