Job summary

Eurosafe requires a proactive Site Manager to lead day-to-day on-site activities for a major project in North-West London. You will coordinate resources, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong client relationships under the Project Director’s guidance.

You will monitor progress, manage subcontractors, and support design teams with timely information, while upholding HSQE standards and contract compliance throughout the job. Experience in main contracting is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience within the fall protection or architectural metalwork industries.
• Experience in main contracting & subcontracting environments preferred.
• Computer literate in MS Office suite.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Attention to detail and high standard of finishing.
• Good understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Physically fit and capable of Working at Heights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities relating to Eurosafe's works.
• Report project progress, performance, risks and key issues to the Project Director.
• Monitor the project programme and communicate changes to all affected parties.
• Identify, record and communicate delays and implement measures to minimise their impact.
• Ensure all required site documentation is available and kept up to date.
• Provide support and direction to Site Managers, Supervisors and installation teams.
• Monitor Design Team progress to ensure drawings and technical information are available when required.
• Attend site, design, progress and client meetings as required.
• Coordinate subcontractors and other trades associated with Eurosafe's works.
• Monitor site productivity, working methods and installation quality.
• Ensure site activities comply with HSQE requirements, RAMS and legislation.
