Job summary

The Company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations across regional construction projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standard.

You will take ownership of programmes, liaise with clients and consultants, maintain quality control, and report progress to senior management. A valid SMSTS, CSCS Manager card, First Aid at Work and NVQ Level 6/7 are required, with a full UK

Qualifications

• SMSTS
• A suitable CSCS Manager card is required.
• First Aid at Work certification is required.
• NVQ Level 6 or 7 in Construction Site Management or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Temporary Works Coordinator or similar qualifications would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Managing subcontractors and site personnel.
• Monitoring project programmes and progress.
• Coordinating labour, materials and deliveries.
• Maintaining high health and safety standards.
• Carrying out site inductions and toolbox talks.
• Managing quality control and resolving site issues.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and the project team.
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to senior management.
