Job summary

PPM Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to oversee two concurrent DHW and Gas Network upgrade projects on a York site. The contract is temporary for 10 weeks, with emphasis on delivering work safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

You will supervise subcontractors and site teams, coordinate resources to keep the programme on track, and ensure RAMS, permits, and site rules are followed. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or utilities.
• Strong safety background with RAMS, permits, and safe systems of work.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two concurrent projects on the same site to maintain programme.
