Job summary

Energy Jobline is seeking an experienced Site Manager (Lead) to take ownership of a £1.5m car workshop project in Derby, starting in September. You will oversee the project from inception through to completion, coordinating with the Project/Contracts Manager and client team to deliver on schedule.

The role requires hands-on leadership across earthworks to completion, with a focus on health & safety, RAMS, inductions and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Extensive site management experience on industrial, warehouse, logistics or commercial builds.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities.
• Strong health and safety focus with RAMS and toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day running of the site.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
• Manage project from earthworks through to completion and ensure milestones are met.
