You will join Youngs Consultancy to lead the construction of an 85-unit timber frame development in West Sussex. As Senior Site Manager you will set up and lead project teams, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers while providing regular progress updates to clients.
