Lead Site Manager: Offshore Wind Projects

Are you an experienced and driven Lead Site Manager with a proven track record in the offshore wind sector? Are you looking for a challenging international role contributing to landmark renewable energy projects?

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Site Manager to take responsibility for the successful execution of construction activities on our prestigious offshore wind farm projects located in both Denmark and Poland. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the advancement of clean energy infrastructure in Europe.

Your Day-to-Day Duties will Include:

* Overseeing all construction daily activities to monitor compliance with safety (including a strong focus on offshore regulations) and quality regulations.
* Planning and scheduling resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, in line with demanding Project Programs.
* Engaging in client-facing activities and discussions, representing the company professionally and maintaining a clear commercial focus.
* Coordinating and directing diverse teams of construction workers and subcontractors from various international backgrounds.
* Meeting contractual conditions of performance by meticulously reviewing work progress on a daily basis and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Proactively planning to prevent problems and effectively resolving any emerging situations or challenges that arise on site.
* Evaluating, handling, and mitigating project risks, particularly those inherent in offshore construction.
* Ensuring quality construction standards are met and the use of proper, industry-leading construction techniques is adhered to.
* Reviewing the project in-depth to accurately schedule deliverables and estimate costs, contributing to effective project controls.

Requirements:

* Valid GWO (Global Wind Organisation) Advanced Safety Training certificates (including Sea Survival, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Working at Heights, Manual Handling - and any other advanced modules relevant to the role).
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
* A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Site Manager specifically on offshore energy projects (wind farm experience is highly preferred).
