Lead Site Manager required to operate across 3 Schools in West London

At ERS Education, we're currently recruiting for a Lead Site Manager to work across 3 schools under the same Academy in Hammersmith, Fulham, and Westminster. They are looking for an experienced school caretaker with experience managing multiple schools.

About the role

As a Lead Site Manager, you'll be an experienced facilities professional supervising work across the schools with both external and internal contractors. You will have keyholder responsibilities and will be expected to:

  1. Be responsible for the overall operational management and maintenance of the London Cluster, including oversight of grounds, catering, security/key holding, and cleaning services where applicable.
  2. Work with the Principals, the Operations Manager, the Site Managers, and the Trust estates team to identify long-term infrastructure and premises issues, propose solutions, and support the delivery of major projects.
  3. Collaborate with the estates team to adopt and implement estates initiatives and systems, leading the review of condition reports to support project planning.
  4. Act as an energy champion to reduce and manage energy consumption, including using tracking systems, taking daily readings, and adjusting building management system settings to optimize energy use.
  5. Support the Senior Leadership Team in the effective and efficient running of the Academy premises, ensuring health and safety compliance and contract management.
  6. Ensure operational resources are in place to deliver the School Improvement Plan and comply with all legal requirements related to health & safety, security, and the environment.

This is a full-time, long-term position.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Salary: £200 - £225 per day
