Harrison Holgate is seeking an experienced SIPP & SSAS Team Leader to join our Edinburgh-based pension administration team. You will oversee complex pension administration, provide technical guidance and drive process improvements while supporting high-quality client service.

Ideal candidates have extensive SIPP/SSAS experience, strong communication skills and prior team leadership or line management experience, with strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint familiarity.

Qualifications

• Extensive SIPP/SSAS administration experience.
• Knowledge of HMRC/FCA requirements.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing or developing a team.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Platinum/SharePoint experience advantageous.
