Shift Role
The utilities shift lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the utility plant during their shift. In the absence of the Utilities Lead/Site manager, the Shift lead assumes the role of contract lead. They will ensure plant uptime, communicate issues, and escalate where appropriate. They are also responsible for delivering all agreed services as per the shift expectation document.
