Job Description

Manage and undertake all PPM routines and reactive attendances of Building Services Mechanical and Electrical equipment at the designated client site.

Ensure all Concept task instructions and records are completed and returned to the Call Centre, and that all Site Log Book records are updated and maintained according to standard company practices.

Depending on the client site requirements, the role may involve providing maintenance and reactive services on a 7-day week shift pattern.

May be required to cover absences at other client sites based on business needs.

Duties
  1. Receive electronically PPM instructions from the Concept system and undertake all maintenance tasks accordingly.
  2. Ensure availability of maintenance consumables and arrange replenishment to maintain stock levels.
  3. Complete all electronic and paper records to keep an accurate Site Log Book for the Client’s information and approval.
  4. Undertake diagnostic analyses as required by the system.
  5. Conduct visual inspections of installed equipment and report any issues jeopardizing reliability.
  6. Communicate with the Client’s representative to resolve outstanding issues and ensure quality service delivery.
  7. Perform general maintenance, good housekeeping, and plant room cleaning to maximize equipment lifespan.
  8. Participate in Health & Safety and Environmental protocols, reporting risks or omissions.
  9. Report on subcontracted work performance if applicable.
  10. Attend to emergency call-outs promptly and update the Client on work progress.
  11. Make recommendations for continuous improvement and added value to enhance productivity, costs, and service quality.
  12. Complete all Dalkia maintenance tasks as assigned by the Helpdesk.
  13. Address breakdowns as necessary.
  14. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in plant areas under responsibility.
  15. Respond promptly to client requests.
  16. Maintain site records and logbooks.
  17. Seek ways to improve site operations continually.
  18. Collaborate with the team to provide daily services to the Facilities department.
