Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing is required.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal production processes.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within manufacturing.

• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sheet metal production activities.
• Provide hands-on leadership and support to the production team.
