Location: Cardiff (Hybrid with 60% office attendance)
Salary: £60,300 Plus Recruitment and retention allowance of up to £11,300 for candidates with exceptional skills and experience

As Lead Service Transition Manager and part of the Service Transition team, you’ll ensure new or updated IT services are operationally ready—resourced, resilient, standards-compliant, and future-proof. You’ll bring structure and assurance to service implementation, acting as the key link between delivery teams and live operations.
With strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, you’ll drive continual improvement, define transition standards, and coach junior team members. Your focus will be on aligning people, processes, and tools to deliver seamless, high-performing services.
