Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a Lead Service Designer for a 4-month contract with potential for extension. This role involves analyzing the service experience across various systems and processes, particularly in the HR and People function. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in service design within large enterprises and familiarity with value measurement frameworks. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while working remotely with occasional travel to the London office.

Qualifications

We are representing a global consulting firm who are looking for a Lead Service Designer to join their central Design practice for an interim engagement. You will be working on a project in the HR & People function and will need to analyse the service experience across systems, processes and policies, with a focus on back-stage work.

We are looking for:

1. Good experience as a Senior or Lead-level Service Designer
2. Experience in large enterprise organisations
3. Experience with formal value measurement frameworks (VMFs)
