Job description

We are working with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellence, particularly within the Public sector. As a trusted Managed Services Provider (MSP), they are the “go-to” partner for public sector clients. Due to ongoing growth, they are expanding their Service Management team and are looking to add a Lead Service Delivery Manager!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a team of SDMs across various client accounts.
  • Facilitate the smooth transition of new services from projects to Business as Usual (BAU).
  • Ensure all operational processes are documented and maintained for accurate customer reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensuring SLAs are met..

Skills/Must have:

  • Experience leading SDMs and managing complex client needs.
  • Proven success in service delivery.
  • Good broad technical knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Major Incident Management.
  • Excellent client engagement skills, especially in IT services for government and private sector clients.
