Job summary

New City College is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Inclusion to lead a major college-wide project supporting SEND reforms across the College Group. You will be responsible for operationalising and delivering an inclusion project, developing accessible learning environments, and staff training initiatives.

You will work with colleagues, stakeholders and external professionals to drive delivery, monitor milestones, manage resources, and report progress to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience of project management in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of SEND reforms and their implications for post-16 education.
• Experience delivering college-wide inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of a whole-college inclusion project.
• Manage project plans, milestones and reporting.
• Coordinate teams and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external specialists to maximise impact for learners.
• Manage resources including Inclusive Mainstream Fund allocations.
• Identify and mitigate risks and provide progress updates.
