School SENCO Lead

The role:

  • Lead on the strategic development of SEN policy and provision
  • Coordinate additional support for pupils with SEND and liaise with external professionals
  • Work closely with senior leaders to promote inclusion across the school
  • Provide coaching and CPD for staff to ensure high-quality support and differentiation
  • Monitor and evaluate interventions to secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils
