THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to support Agile teams within our Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring they work efficiently, deliver value, and adhere to SAFe principles. You will play a key role in enabling high performance, removing delivery barriers, and promoting a culture of learning and improvement.

OPPORTUNITIES
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) within the context of SAFe.
  • Support Agile Release Train events, such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling teams to focus on delivering value for our composable banking platform.
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritised backlog aligned with business objectives.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe best practices to improve maturity and delivery effectiveness.
  • Foster strong communication, collaboration, and alignment between teams, Product Management, and other ART roles.
  • Promote transparency through reporting, metrics, and visual management tools.
SKILLS
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe or large-scale Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on SAFe delivery experience.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage dependencies and risks across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification highly desirable.
